Terms of Service

Using AXI-VR means you agree to these terms. Almost all of them come down to one idea: keep the competition fair.

Your account

One person, one account. Making extra accounts, or using any account to dodge a suspension or ban, is against the rules and is grounds for a platform-wide ban on its own. Your account is yours alone: what happens on it is on you. Accounts are for people, not bots and not shared team logins. You need to be at least 13 to make an account (16 where your country sets it higher), and if you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian before agreeing to these terms.

Play fair

No cheating, exploits or match-fixing. That includes throwing matches, bringing in ringers and gaming the ratings. Treat other members with respect: no harassment, hate or abuse, anywhere on the platform. Every league also has its own Rules tab, and joining a league means following its rules too.

Matches

Schedule and play your matches in good faith. Constant no-shows and forfeits have consequences under your league's rules. Report scores honestly. League staff settle results and disputes in their league, and platform managers have the final say across AXI-VR.

Moderation

League staff can suspend or ban people from their own league. Platform managers can suspend or ban accounts from all of AXI-VR. We may use the information described in our Privacy Policy to enforce these terms. If you think a call was wrong, talk to your league's staff, or email support@axivr.com for platform-level decisions.

Your content

What you upload is still yours. You just give AXI-VR permission to show it as part of running the platform. Only upload things you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful, hateful or obscene. Staff can remove content that crosses the line.

The Store and league packages

Store items (cosmetics and credits) are digital goods that land on your account as soon as the payment goes through. League packages (broadcasting, the Discord suite, the assistant, team-limit upgrades) are sold PER SEASON: a season is twelve weeks, the first purchase starts your league's season term, anything added mid-season is priced for the weeks remaining, and everything expires together when the term ends. Renewing is a new purchase; nothing renews itself behind your back. Payments are handled by our payment processor. A refund or chargeback takes back what the payment bought. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact the platform operators and we'll sort it out.

Broadcasting

Casters stream to the league's connected channel or the AXI-VR channel using the tooling the league's packages include. Connecting a channel authorises AXI-VR to create broadcasts on it; you can disconnect anytime. The YouTube features are built on YouTube API Services, and by using them you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. What airs on a league's broadcasts is that league's responsibility, under the same content rules as everything else here.

The assistant

The league assistant and virtual moderator are AI features. Their answers and recommendations are advisory, generated from your league's own rules and records, and can be wrong: league staff make the decisions, and nothing the assistant says binds anyone. Leagues control what it knows and can correct it from their admin page.

The service

AXI-VR comes as-is. We do our best to keep it up and running right, but we can't promise zero downtime, and features will change as the platform grows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you've paid us.

Leaving

You can stop using AXI-VR whenever you like. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Either way, the public match record stays part of the archive.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes up here with a new date, and big changes get announced in News. Keep using the platform after that and you're agreeing to the new terms.
